We collect information for the purposes of a performance of a contract with you, for our legitimate interests to keep our records updated and to study how customers use our website, and necessary to comply with our legal obligations. 

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider, mainly Squarespace, and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Your Personal Information will not be kept longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes laid out in these Terms and allow to use to legally comply with various local, state, and federal requirements. 

Any data we hold onto will by anonymous. Any Personal Information will be deleted after a defined period of twelve (12) months from our receipt of such information. Each instance in which you input such information shall renew the defined period.

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the instructions in those communications or by sending an email to connect@shebered.com

If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

Please allow us at least ten (10) business days from when the request was received to complete the removal, as some of our emails may already have been in process before you submitted your request.
